Waterford Global Inc. is pleased to announce that it has recently added Sunny Bajaj to its team in the role of VP Client Services. Sunny brings with her over 23 years of business consulting experience in the areas of organizational strategy & change, project management, and business analysis - including extensive experience gained with PricewaterhouseCoopers and with DXC Technology. In her prior roles, Sunny worked collaboratively with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams in guiding organizations through change and in facilitating their adoption of new technologies, processes, and strategies. She has supported both public and private organizations in a wide variety of industry sectors. Through this work, Sunny developed an in-depth understanding of organizational structures and the pivotal role that people and their assigned responsibilities naturally play in an organization's success. In her current role as VP Client Services, Sunny now utilizes her extensive knowledge of organizational architecture, and her understanding of the importance of “finding the right talent”, to help our clients develop strategies that will enable them to build high-performing teams - and to help them recruit the talent that they need to fulfill such strategies. We're excited to welcome Sunny to our team and look forward to our collaborative efforts in continuing to drive success for our clients through strategic search and recruitment.

Last week, two of our team members, Arthur Kanagwa and Sunny Bajaj, had the wonderful opportunity of attending Junior Achievement Manitoba’s Annual Company Program Awards Dinner. The annual Awards ceremony is a celebration of the achievements of a talented group of young students who have worked tirelessly in developing strong and interesting business plans and then bringing them to life through effective execution. Through their efforts, this year’s program participants developed brilliant and sustainable micro-business ideas designed to meet identified market needs. It was exciting to connect with these student entrepreneurs, to inhale their energy, and to celebrate business success among the youth of our city. Waterford Global is a proud, long-time (10-year) sponsor of JA Manitoba’s annual “Future Leader of Manitoba” scholarship, created to support our community’s young leaders and to recognize, in particular, an especially deserving program participant who demonstrates early potential as a prospective future Manitoba business leader. This year we awarded the scholarship to Lea Morgado. Congratulations, Lea! It is our hope that this award inspires all students to dream big and to determine how they can contribute to making the world a better place through their leadership and commitment to civic engagement.
