A privilege to hear our own Joe Paulich share his story of workplace tragedy and inspirational recovery. It only takes a moment of risk to create a lifetime of impact, Joe's story drives that point home. For Safety Week 2024, the theme is "Together we can create safe Workplaces and Communities". This week is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on what we can each do to help create a safer workplace with our teams.

Great information from Jordan today! We don't always connect incremental change and harm reduction in the off hours to injuries and injury reduction DURING work hours. An important idea in injury reduction! #Manufacturingmadesafe
